For you now, when you first start working with somebody like that, how do you determine what they should actually be known for?

So usually there is a diagnostic that I ask people to, to follow because it really starts from identity.

They start with, "What should you post about?" and, "What kind of books do you want to write?" I start from the identity, which is much, like, it's a much deeper level because many people start fro- from-- they have d- different assumptions about what, who they are, and they think that they need to show up in a way that fits the role.

So they, their content becomes very performative because they are not an expression of themselves and how they want to actually lead and how they lead, uh, internally their team.

But it becomes really performative and because they- They think that they need to conform and they need to do what everyone else is doing.

Like, they think that they should post in a very specific way because this is how they would belong and how they would be accepted by people.

But the reality is that people follow people who stand out and they are really, like, confident about who they are and their own beliefs, and they follow them for their thinking and for their who they are, not just for their, their persona that they build offline.

And the, the problem is that you're right, is a, I think a lot of people start creating content 'cause they think they should.

They might be more introverted, so then they might come into their genius just doing audio.
