But I thought about why don't we start this episode to really give the listener the most value possible with breaking down different types of physiques, skinny fat, overweight, and skinny, which is usually the three categories most people probably fall into.

And break down each one into, okay, what is the starting position? All we need to do to be successful and have a lean and fit physique.

So let's start with a skinny fat body, which is near and dear to my heart because I've been there many times and not because I wanted to, which is the crazy part about having a skinny fat body.

But maybe you can share... maybe firstly define what is actually a skinny fat body, how would you describe it and what's kind of the starting position and the issues? Yes,

I think it's a pretty hard position to be in because if you're overweight or you're skinny, it's pretty clear what path you should go down to.

And I think that's why it's talked about so much online and people are like stuck, what should I do? And how do you define skinny fat? I think there is no like clear definition out there, but In the end, you are overfed, which means you have too high body fat and you're under-muscled.

So you have the worst of both worlds, but it's not that bad that it's clear what you should do.

And you are pretty under-muscled, but maybe you have been training and I would say that's like the starting position for most people.

When you look in the mirror, you have like a bit of belly fat, maybe some cheeseburger tits, if you want to call it like that.

I mean, I had a lot of people in that position and helped them get out of it.
