like so often when we have these podcast episodes, I tell you that sometimes what gets me motivated on a topic is frustration just in what we're doing day to day, what we're working, what's going on.

So those are things that I use a lot of times as a, as a reference and in the last, oh, I guess, six, nine months.

If you listen, you know, that we started using high level software, the CRM and the automation in particular, for a great number of our clients.

One, we wanted to get our own processes in place and get our own skillset amongst our team up to snuff.

And the best way we felt doing that was, well, let's just go set up 50 accounts, you know, and just work through it.

And in recent times, the next step in that is we've gotten extremely well versed in integrating those CRMs with field routes, Passpack, GorillaDesk.

So that that data can flow easier and we have less of a duplicate effort, if you will.

Managing the CRM and the leads, then also managing the new customers, the billing, the routing, etc.

But here's what I really want to talk about and what I want you maybe to think about.

And one of our real missions in this podcast is to create content and episodes that not only will give you some help and some things to think about, but we really want you to be able to go away and go do something and make a difference and be able to see it in action.

to illustrate kind of what I mean and where I really want to sort of go with this.

And then I went on with my life, got married, had a couple of kids and the time came for me to help in the local little league football, little league coach football.

And So I did, and then I got this assistant, and he was just this big stud athlete.
