Ironman Wales is, to anybody listening around the world, I think one of the hidden jewels in the crown of, of the Ironman races.

You go out across the hills of Wales in one direction and then two loops around Wales in another direction.

And then the run course is one of the most amazing run courses out there on the circuit.

And if you're racing, I wish you all the best, but it is gonna be one of the most amazing events of your life.

Three deep, four deep on, on each side of the road in places, and the fact you wind in and out of the streets and your supporters can move down the alleyways and get between different streets to see you, just incredible.

If you're one of our regular listeners and you perhaps use tips from the show, I'd love to hear how you get on after the show.

Please send us a quick email to help@oxygenatic.com. Just tell me your race report and I'll, I'll read out the best ones on the show because, again, there's nothing like hearing the race report from people to get you fired up to go and do a race the next year.

And in fact, I've just had a membership call with a, a gentleman who's entered his 70th year and his inspiration is to get himself to do Ironman Wales again.

He's, um, he's had a knee replacement recently, and he's totally inspired to go and do Ironman Wales in 2027.

So we've just been talking about this on the call with him, and he's joined the team and we're gonna coach him up for it.
