Rachel MainHostYeah, so I think it is amazing that we're hearing so much more about perimenopause and all of this.
But what I am finding in practice is that, you know, I only work with, you know, health conscious, busy women and kind of in midlife around this age.
And 80% of them don't have a hormone production problem, which is really what perimenopause comes down to.
And health debt is really when the energy demand of your body no longer is, you know, is overtaking the energy supply to your body.
accumulates over decades, right? Like when I was young, you know, I definitely was on antibiotics as a kid.
And when we reach midlife, suddenly perimenopause is a transition, which is a demand, a demand on the body.
And that transition kind of slips us very quickly, I think, from, oh, I'm just balancing this.
A lot of women say to me, you know, like, I feel like I'm just juggling all the balls, just keeping things afloat.
And then all of a sudden overnight, We just slip into, if you're watching this on video, like almost like a teeter-totter.
