What we've got now is we've got this generation that's coming through who are really concerned about self-care-People are actually concerned about their sleep, and they're concerned about their overall wellbeing, their relationships.

And I feel that when we bring all of that together as a, a single entity, we're talking about human performance, whether we're dealing with a corporate, whether we're dealing with the military, whether we're dealing with elite sport or whatever, a lot of those conversations are very much the same, 'cause ultimately we're dealing with a human being at the end of it.

I'm listening to you talking, and, and there's lots of stuff going off in my head.

We share a very similar philosophy, I think, this interdisciplinary, integrative, working with other people, mashing them together to really understand the person at the end of it.

You know, you can have a really good meal plan, but if someone doesn't wanna eat it, it's not a good meal plan.

So there's a psychology component to that as well that you gotta, you gotta factor in.

I'm wondering, as you look back at your career, was there anything that you see now as just being huge myths around performance that you recognize, oh, man, that was a terrible thing to do?
