So it's taking that expert knowledge and giving people access to fractionalized parts of it.

So we created a expert marketplace and that covers my expertise is in business, yours is in podcasts.

So looking at how I can leverage the best networks and the best people, I looked across my marketplace of individuals I've worked with and I thought, what if we had them in one place? you could just ask a instant question and get an instant answer.

So we built Talent Deck for that reason, got phenomenal experts on there, ranging from everything, whether it's health, whether it's business, whether it's HR, legal, sport, et cetera, whatever you're looking to find out information on.

And the other thing about this is keeping it away from chat GPT, right? These are real people with real knowledge and real experience.

Yeah, world-class experts, local experts, but generally people go and look at the big names.

They look at your CV, what you've done, where you've worked, the type of people that you've helped.

Sometimes you'll look at LinkedIn and you'll think, wow, this person's phenomenal, but they're just the wrong person for you.

So the try before you buy of being able to ask one, two, three, five, ten experts a question to see the answers you get back.

You can be an expert and you can be a user because we're all learning all the time as well.

What I also really like about this is my On A Mission podcast guests are going to feature as experts.

So if you're a listener of the podcast and there's a particular guest that you resonate with, then you can ask them a direct question.
