And I think that's really brave of you as well, because I do think a lot of people wait until, you know, you suppress enough feelings for long enough.

Like you said, your body will start to rebel and let you know that you're not okay.

And usually I feel like it takes people kind of something big to make the shift that pushes them into the shift versus, being aware of it and choosing the hard path.

It's kind of like they get pushed into the hard path and like, oof, okay, now I'll deal with it because I feel really sick or yeah, a big life event happens or something like

But I mean, what I wish that women realize is that sometimes the pivot doesn't have to begin with a breakdown.

Sometimes it can begin with just a woman realizing that she can no longer betray herself.

And I feel like I'm in the season of my work at the moment where I want to catch women in that season because it doesn't have to get to crisis point.

And I think, you know, one of the keys there is that women just need to start connecting with themselves a little bit more and listening because their body's whispering to What he's whispering until it starts screaming.

And mine was screaming by the time I listened, but there's always that whisper, you know, you can, you can catch things and I call it like a little realignment.

Sometimes it doesn't have to look like you're burning your whole life down and starting again.
