And yeah, I'm curious if there's a moment in your own life where on the outside, you felt like everyone was looking at you and things were kind of perfect or it looked good from the outside, but that internally you were like, this is not it.

Yeah, do you know what? There really was.

And I get goosebumps when I talk about it because it is such a clear moment, clear defining moment for me in my life.

And most of the feelings that I had then was guilt and shame because I did have everything on paper.

And I had a life that most women will look at and kill for it.

A beautiful husband who would literally support me to do anything.

Two beautiful, healthy children.
