So if any of you are doing this, you're going to know this is like the epitome of hell for me.

And then you have a Monday morning, 8 a.m. all staff meeting like that to me is just the worst thing.

You know, like, I don't know, I've seen that, you know, I definitely try to switch it.

And I can only imagine, like, I mentioned earlier, Malika, I'm human, we're all humans, right? Having this experience in the world, there's so much changing.

We're not even talking about AI and technology, but clearly that plays a role in the all of this as well.

So if there's a nonprofit leader, which I'm sure there is many of them that are wanting to begin, right.

Strengthening organizational health as they hear your conversation and they hear us having this dialogue, um, Maybe they want to do this immediately.

We definitely need to address this here within my mission driven organization.

Can you give us like two to three practical tips? you know, practices or even interventions that you would recommend a nonprofit leader, right? Once we like really own and embody this leadership title, maybe we can implement, right? The next 30, 60 days.

So reflecting on, all right, how do you see leadership? How do you promote healthy communication and role model that in your practice? Right.

What are you noticing? I asked that question earlier to like, do people come away with more clarity or more confusion? Are we noticing that people are spinning in circles? Teams are spinning in circles because you seem to be unclear about something.

And sometimes that in clarity, too, is from from not taking ownership to as a leader and saying, actually, this is what I need you to do.

I think the other thing you just mentioned, we spoke about the Sunday scaries.

You come you're feeling on Sunday morning like I really don't want to go to work.
