Now you didn't mention flipping, right? Flipping homes.

Now, it used to be such a big thing.

I used to see TV shows on flipping houses.

It was like on every hour a different show about flipping houses, and all over the country.

Now, I don't think there's one on TV.

I don't see them flipping houses anymore.

Is that kind of fizzled out, or do you still see people flipping these homes?

Yeah, so there is some TV shows on AETV, but I'll be honest with you, I think the world is kind of just shifting into YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Reels.

A lot of people are putting that content there.

I know it used to be big and we buy ugly houses, those kind of TV shows, but I can tell you that this business is... just keeps growing every single year um especially markets that appreciate you know i mean like california um some parts of florida so we we do have a lot of flippers that work with us that are making great money and i'm just making great money like for example if they're buying an ugly home like back in the days when that was the tv shows they're buying an ugly home um, in a community that's developing and all of a sudden they're making it much nicer.

You know, the price goes up all of a sudden the neighbors kind of want to do the same, you know, the neighbor's properties price goes up.

So it is building communities.

It's making communities better.

It's helping both sides in a sense.

So we do have a lot of flippers.

I would say right now, wholesalers, um, are pretty big because, uh, They're getting, they work with a lot of investors.

They work nationwide.

So it's pretty popular right now.

And a lot of people are getting into that.

I think that's like the new flippers, the 2026 flippers.

But you have every kind of buyer.

You know, we have all kinds of buyers working with us.

So the wholesale, they basically are just buying the property.

And they buy the

contract.
