I want to start with the question, how do you keep God in the center of your wellness? And I think that big picture, we want to focus on honoring our body in a way that allows us to advance or establish a deeper relationship with the Holy Spirit in our body.

We can use our body truly in prayer when we dissociate from distraction when we find time for silence for meditation for prayer we can truly commune with god right and our bodies are the instrument for that i think that there is no mistake that the beautiful design of our body includes an electromagnetic frequency you all know i love geeking out about this concept And the fact that our heart has more neurons than our brain and we can feel sensation and energy if people are shady or betraying us or if people are for us and invested and loyal, our body was designed when we are in tuned, when we can use spiritual discernment to communicate, right? And we also can't get access to that if we are constantly bombarding our brains and bodies with the news feed on our scroll, with the inundation of information overload that we're accessing, right, with constant distraction.

So I think, you know, one part I would say of the starting point is you keep God in the being silent allowing time to pray allowing time to be slow and to listen and also to tap in to the intuition if you will or that frequency that holy spirit that conduit influence of your instrument i think all of these are are big pieces of that puzzle And when we think of our wellness choices of movement, getting your 10,000 steps, of drinking water instead of soda, of getting sunlight in our eyes in the morning, of... having protein at all of our meals all of these are intentional selections that can help us to honor our body by optimizing metabolism by living free of pain by applying discipline for ultimate god-centered freedom And if we look at 1 Corinthians 6, 19 through 20, do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own.

So I think that this is a beautiful way to kind of hopefully summarize what I shared in that first point of listening to the body's feedback, allowing time for silence and peace and ease, and honoring with choice of intentional fueling, movement, etc.

I think that often in the medical world, we think very secular and there's that, you know, really big dissociation of God and medicine.

And often I think there's a gray area of how we define medical intervention with interfering with medicine.

And I think that that opens up a possible area for a lot of listeners of like, oh gosh, what are we going into next? And each of us will have a different piece at different season.

But first, before I go into interventions, I would note that the more I've learned about the human body as a practitioner, the more that I've become certain that there is a God.

that this creator was absolutely intentional with the beautiful design of the human body.

I mean, there is such complexity within our anatomy and physiology, and I feel that that is proof enough.

The God that put breath in my lungs and decides that I get to wake up every day also designed my body to have tens of billions of individual blood vessels stretching 60 000 miles if laid end to end to wrap around the earth more than twice in my complex cardiovascular system uh you know if we look at close-up images on a cell level i mean i could get real nerdy but let's just say that We have an absolutely king designer that is top notch.
