And honestly, when you say the word compliance, what reaction do you usually get? Is it an eye roll? Is it fear, confusion, or [laughs] is it like gee, uh-

Yeah, I know, I know." You know, I, I, we, we, I, when we go over that, like on Breakfast Club, we're talking about coaching, we're talking about phone calls, we're talking about text messaging.

We're talking about all these things where, you know, you gotta kind of have that in mind.

So I mean, we just kind of always roll with, "Check with your compliance people," right?

We just say, "This is what we suggest you do, but check with your compliance people o- on everything." Because we don't want to be the ones that get, you know, pointed out, saying, "Well, you said this is okay." You know, well, I'm not your [laughs] compliance department, you know?

When it comes to compliance, I think the, the thing that, um, I think the, the part of, the group of people I think that kind of have the most to be concerned about are the smaller ones, right? So your, your independent broker.

And, you know, most of the time I know when we're in, when they're in that situation, there's outside compliance, um, services that you can, uh, subscribe to, so you've got that, right? So you don't have to be the expert.

Um, but, uh, that would be, I think, where the potential for something to slip through the cracks, you know, could occur, uh, if you're a smaller shop and maybe you've got, you know, a dozen LOs working for you.

And how well wrangled in are those dozen LOs, right? That's, that's, that's the concern because they might just be, "Woo-hoo," having a good old time, not even thinking, you know, they gotta get anything looked at.

And, uh, that's where you could p- potentially run into, you know, some sort of a SNAFU.

At least, you know, with the bigger operations, you're not gonna have to worry about that too much, 'cause they're gonna be, you know, gonna clamp down on that stuff.
