And here's the thing, and Matt, this is what I love about NAMM and so much of everything that NAMM does and you're doing with young professionals is even though you're technically competitors, Um, you live in the same city calling on, you know, probably some of you in the same real estate agents and everything.

And even though you're not with the same company, you're still helping each other grow your business.

And that's one of the many advantages of being involved in an organization like NAMM is you can do that.

I'm not going to talk to you and anything like that, but being able to help elevate everyone together.

And you, Taylor, have had the opportunity now to really attend some events at NAMM.

I think, Matt, you said the first live event that you went to, Taylor, was NAMM Focus, which was in Florida, right?

The reason that I went, having joined NAMM somewhat recently, I enjoy mortgage conferences.

I enjoy hearing from people that have had success, hearing different perspectives.

And the feeling I've always got with NAMM is it's just a big community of collaboration.

You know, like you just said, Matt and I are in the same market, you know, technically we are competitors.

But when you join an organization like NAMM, it's just such a, like a brotherhood.

They share, you know, success stories, they share failures, they share, you know, challenges because we all feel, you know, those things together.

And again, this industry, you can really face a lot of rejection, a lot of difficult times.

So it's nice to know that other people are going through what you're going through.

It's nice to know that people are feeling what you're feeling, the pressures from the market, outside factors, things like that.

So I wanted to go to NAMM Focus just to really kind of kick off the year and really hear from some fantastic speakers.
