Bill HoranHostRia PantelHostWhat does Marketing Mindset in Motion actually mean to you? And why did you anchor it in hospitality specifically? Thanks, Rhea.

Because if we're marketing our own business, if we're marketing the business that we work for, or if we're marketing ourselves, we're marketing ourselves every day.

The first book talks about how do we get that mindset using our critical thinking skills, using our strategic thinking skills, using hospitality.

Okay, now how do we apply it? How do we actually put it into action and use it? So, for example, one of the chapters, it talks about the difference between internal communications and external communications.

But, you know, as somebody who's been in industry for 40-plus years at this point, How many times have the public been communicated by a company and they forgot to tell their own people inside? Internal communication should always come before external and it's often overlooked or an afterthought.

That's putting our marketing mindset, our communications mindset into motion, for example.
And I love what you said about how when you get out of bed, when you, you know, put on your clothes, the way you present yourself, that's really you marketing yourself and branding yourself.
