Now, Erin was adopted when she was just 17 days old by the Heavlin family in Tennessee, and all of her other siblings were adopted as well, though Erin was easily the most quiet, shy, reserved of all of her adopted siblings.
She loved horses, and that was actually where Erin ended up finding a lot of her confidence growing up.
She got a lot of her experience with horses at the East Tennessee Riding Club, which her mom, Laur, that's her name, Laur, described as Erin's second home as a kid.
And as much as Laur and her husband pushed back on getting Erin a horse of her own, they couldn't deny that joy from her forever.
