When the first round of data came out, we would have department chairmen's meetings every two weeks.

And when we had that first round of data, I walked into that meeting and I strutted.

I said, hey, everybody, you need me because we're We bring intelligence to our students as well as the physical.

And as Tim said, what we started to see was the classroom teachers started to engage the students more in activity, got them out of their seats.

We installed smart boards and whiteboards in all of our classrooms because we went through a renovation stage.

And even in the math class, when they ran out of whiteboards, they started to use the windows to extend the time that kids could get out of their seats and work on It was an amazing transformation to observe.
