And I just had this really amazing download when we were talking about And I realized that you have this other offer in you popping out of nowhere.

It's like kind of like a teacher training certification where you can help gyms and, you know, places that offer like fitness classes, like group classes, like Pure Bar Studios and like Orange Theory and places like this to prevent injuries.

Right.

Because their instructors are often not trained.

They're trained on how to run this class.

Yeah.

but they're not trained on how do you prevent injury.

And I was just talking to a friend of mine and my pure bar, like Pilates class.

And she was like, Oh, I just came back from my meniscus surgery.

And I was like, Oh, you had like knee surgery.

I'm like, well, what happened? She's like, Oh, actually I was just putting, it was in during class.

I was just putting the weight down, move to the side and literally tore her meniscus.

And I was like, Oh, Oh, my God.

You know, and I was just thinking, what exactly did she do? Like, I do that all the time.

We're handling all the time, you know.

And anyway, something to think about, you know, because I think that there are.

And I was like, oh my God, I should, because I know the, one of the top instructors there very well.

And I was, and they always joke with me.

They're like, you need to just bring a bed on the side.

Like whoever gets injured, you can help.

And I was like, yeah, that should be like, exactly like you said, it should be like a little thing that I need to work on teaching trainers.

Yes.
