I feel like maybe for yourself, and, and definitely my experience at Kamalaya, it's actually so important and so fundamental to those other things like the physical body, the nutrition.
You know, without that part, can we really feel-
... and be well?

Why I exist? Why am I doing this? Why are we doing all of that? So that is what spirituality is.

Where science is how So when you say science means, okay, I have my why, and how am I going to do it? So you use that, you know, intersection to combine that.

Now, in physics particularly, you know, I, I learned very early in my stage that coherence, for example.

In physics you will say coherence systems are very organized and efficient, right? That's the law.

But in spirituality when you will talk about very similar thing parallel, what will that be o- how will you organize an efficient means, your thoughts, your emotions, your actions, your values, right? Your purpose.

Now, those will then align if you are having great thoughts, if you have a great stability in your emotion, you will have a peace, you will be a lot more clear, you will have a better flow, and everything you do will have a meaning.

The mistake happens or misalignment happens actually, rather than peace we pick up on anxiety, we pick up on stress, we then become exhausted.

And at the end then you have a conflict, whether it is an internal conflict with yourself or a conflict which is a human nature, "Oh, it's my boss, it's my peers, it's my wife, it's my husband, it's my dad, it's my mother, it's my..." You know, like that sort of stuff.

So that's, that is where, so you know, spiritual wellbeing may be simply experienced as a internal coherence.

And when we put it on the other word, you know, a lot of time when I meet people at arrival, of course, when you came I was not here, I was traveling for some work.

I often ask them that, "Okay, why are you here?" "Oh, I have this health issue," and, "I have that health issue," and, "I'm facing this and I'm facing that." Of course a smile comes to me, and then at later, like for example, you, you you would say, "Oh, actually I found a better version of myself.
