And I'm not so sure that the universe didn't bring what I needed to do this work, right?

I mean, it's truly a miracle to hear that you're like, people don't believe this or people think like, oh, you know, she says she had all these problems and now she's doing great.

powerful and it's it's kind of shocking it's like many people don't they hear this and they think oh that's crazy i can't believe it but like here you are saying like it's true

yes i mean i i'm i'm proof that chronic illness can be reversed and that chronic pain can be reversed Anybody that is listening, they deserve it for themselves to at least check this out.

Even if you're doubtful, you can still check this out and just play with it.

Because in the very beginning, I was coming out of pain management and very distrustful.

I was listening to a video of his and I'm sitting there the whole time going, I don't know if I believe this.

And then, but the more, the experiments that I did, the more I sat down and I would write things out, not just think about it.

I would write things out about what actually happened and why did I think that? And that helped me get to know myself.

When you start, i metacognition thinking about what you're thinking because it's driving the pain it's driving yes the other thing i want is even even there's there's also this the divide that it's structural or it's neuroplastic my belief and and you may disagree but it's i think it's a combination even if you have a broken bone you are having an emotional experience about that broken bone This work works and it's useful to help before surgery and after surgeries and when you've had a broken bone.
