Sciatica, though often given a diagnosis, like given as a diagnosis from doctors and physical therapists and athletic trainers, chiropractors, all the people, it is a... diagnosis that's just telling you what the pain is it's not an actual diagnosis of like something wrong it's a diagnosis of a symptom so the the definition that comes up when you google it is basically like sciatica is a pain that radiate radiates from your lower back through your buttocks and down your leg caused by pressure or irritation on the sciatic nerve That literally tells you nothing.

It's no different than being like, I have pain right here and then pointing to their hip and lower leg.

And so even then, the type of pain can vary, right? It can be sharp pain.

So I'm a little more limber, a little bit more mobile this evening.

Your leg could also feel numb.

Sciatica has a wide variety of causes.

The most common is from an unhealthy spine that is misaligned or distorted or has protruded discs which can irritate the sciatic nerve.

The piriformis muscle in the buttocks can also irritate this nerve.

Yeah, we're seeing more of it, yeah.

Yeah, so that's something that it is something we're putting most of our effort into now because if you can get into search results when people are high intent in searching on ChatGPT or on Google and the first thing that comes up is a Gemini's AI thing, you know, who's the best person to see from Sciatica and you're in there, I think that's really important.

What about sort of know the answer? Because I think it's one thing we do quite badly and we're looking at doing more of.

But what about access to people and being able to talk to people and getting good advice?
