The people who own these buildings where these people are renting, that's going to come back on them, the property owners who own these apartments.

If the renter thinks that this isn't going to touch them, isn't that an argument for all this?

It's a complete shell game because what will happen is we can no longer obviously people and they and there's a percentage you can maximum on your annual increase.

They're going to drop commercial property from 10 to 5.

That's fine.

But we still have the millage rate.

We can we could drive the millage rate up.

So, for instance, if we see the cut.

a $50 million cut because of the homesteaded property.

We just go over and change the millage rate on the non-homesteaded property.

And what happens is we can make up some or all of it if we have to.

And that goes straight to the commercial property owners who own those apartment buildings or own those houses that rent, that are not homesteaded property.

So you're exactly right.

Pick one because you're going to have one or two, one or both of those in different flavors.

Now, people are going to say government should be more efficient.
