The thing is with drinking, it's something that we do with friends, isn't it? But it's also something we do at home.

We like to have a glass of wine with dinner and then that's very often that glass of wine turns into a bottle of wine and maybe two.

We live in this world that really normalises drinking and we even laugh about having a hangover or not being able to remember the night before.

So in that context, how do you decide? How much is too much? But there are lots of questionnaires you can take online.

There are things like that that you can do and you can spend a lot of time filling out those forms.

But I think ultimately it comes back to Am I waking up in the morning regretting how much I had to drink the night before? And is that happening multiple times a week or maybe even every day? Because that's how simple it is, really.

I think sometimes we're looking to outsource this decision to something else or someone else.

But I always say to people, if you are wondering if you have got a problem with drinking, then you probably have.

Because people who are drinking alcohol and really not suffering do not spend time thinking about this.

It doesn't make for a good evening for me either because I'm so tired because I've drunk 200 liters.
