Why should what you think other people think about you bother you? There's eight point three billion people on the planet Earth.
You couldn't care less about ninety-nine point nine nine nine nine nine percent of the people that are here, what they think about you.
How do you like that? And so you say, "Well, why?" Because it does cause commotion.
You feel people aren't looking at you the way you want them to look at you, as it boils down to, because somebody could look at you a certain way or treat you a certain way or talk to you a certain way, and it wouldn't bother you at all.
And somebody else, or even at a different time and place, something gets said to you, and you get offended.
The masters say you'll always have one, but the veil can be so thin that it doesn't cause a commotion.
But in order to live in the body, you're going to have a concept of your individual self, and just depends on what you think of yourself as to how you get affected by how other people think of you.
So if you meditate a lot, and that's where your depth of understanding is, that you find peace and love inside, you're not as sensitive to what other people think.
