But all I could see, I think, is kind of like that reality that I just read about.

And I think, as I talk about in the book, it was also at a time in my life that I was just kind of like, needing something else, something maybe kind of weird or unique or kind of independent, something that was kind of mine, I guess.

And not just the physical ownership of like having property being mine, but I think also like, oh, this is an experience, like having this thing, having this place to go to and maybe working on it.
