I'd love if you guys could just walk me through it just so people know what we're, you know, working with why it exists.

So maybe you could start just a little bit about telling us a little bit about what the framework is.

So this is a framework that was developed by the American Geriatric Society.

And it really just helps us put kind of an understanding, a lens around some of the situations that occur as people age.

And so it used to actually be four Ms, but now they've expanded it to the fifth, which is the multi-complexity that you mentioned.

of aging and what people go through medically, socially, et cetera, and how do we really help to understand that to say that these are not just normal things of aging that you just kind of ignore, but these are things that we can actually start understanding to help with prevention and to help with really, let's say, a compassionate view on how we best take care of our loved ones, our patients, our community.

And I'm guessing then once you have the framework, it then lends itself to further research and data as well.

June, is the framework applicable just in a primary care setting or is it across like the spectrum of clinical settings? Like, for example, if you're in a hospital or or assisted living or in specialty care as well?

Some of the goal of targeting those five Ms to direct the medical care is a lot more clear than, for example, a pediatric patients where patients know what matters to them and we can help them achieve what matters to them.

I mean, the what matters is I sort of feel like things we should be thinking about every single day.

But I think in the clinical setting, I'm sure it actually can be pretty directional.
