Episode 54: I’m 21. Here’s How I Would Fix Chess

I’m 21, and I’ve decided it’s time to solve chess. In this birthday special, I take a look at the current state of chess and propose some ambitious ideas for fixing the game, from changing the rules to allow the king to be captured, bringing back the legendary Linares tournament as a pathway to the Candidates Tournament, creating a centralised chess viewing platform, improving chess broadcasting, making professional chess easier to follow, and turning major chess events into a more accessible sporting experience. This is my attempt to fix FIDE, professional chess, chess tournaments, chess broadcasting and the wider chess ecosystem in one video.WATCH NEXT:▶️ I’m 21.
