At 14, with no money and no team, Miguel Guerrero built a game server to 5 million users. Now he's the founder and CEO of Otis AI, which runs paid advertising end to end for small and medium…
I think one of the biggest issues to date, and I'd love to hear your take on this, is current marketing is such a negative for so many people.
I mean, I've met people that are like, hey, unless you're going to spend $15,000 to $20,000 a month, there's just no point to running ads.
And it's like, OK, so if I don't go bankrupt spending money on ads that I don't have, we can't run ads like, yeah, basically.
Can you please please put some of this ridiculousness to rest and tell people hopefully why this is not true and why maybe Otis is a good solution for that?
And really like a big part of the pain point when it comes to friction for especially for smaller advertisers, people that are just starting out or or looking to scale up eventually is that the service layer is also very expensive to, you know, having to hire a performance marketing experts fractionally full time or even hiring an agency.
that can be a big foundational cost to even getting started with effective paid advertising.
And to a certain extent, that part is true where you need enough volume to generate conversions.
But in today's landscape, with AI optimization and a lot of the technologies we have within Otis and are continuing to develop, it requires a much smaller budget to start generating results and conversions and really optimize from there.
So the power of AI in this use case is that it's really helping iterate quicker, helping you gain data even if you're just starting, iterate quickly so you get results.
And it applies not only to how much you should spend on advertising or you need to in the beginning to start that feedback loop, but also the service costs that traditionally were there with needing to have people constantly monitoring the campaigns, creating the media strategies, doing the conversion optimization.
Those are all stuff that Otis automates with our solution so that, especially for businesses that are smaller, they can do this without having to undergo the cost, the time investment, and as a result, they get better results using Otis.
Okay, so I'm curious now, right? Because obviously Otis already sounds like every marketer's nightmare and every entrepreneur's wet dream.
And feel free to use that as a tagline for your company, by the way, I don't need any credit.
But how does Otis wind up actually replacing these people? Can you walk me through? So if I was a client, right? What can I expect in using Otis? Do, do I have a team that helps me? Do I have to make ads myself? Does, does it, do you guys do white glove stuff like where you build it for people? Just how does the, how does the whole thing work? Take me from onboarding to like, I'm a client running ads with you guys.
