Half the battle, if you look at some of these processes on problem solving, there's a process called DIVE, Define, Investigate, Verify, Experiment.

70% of the time is spent on just defining and investigating what the problem is.

The great part that we had is we knew what problem that we wanted to solve, and we had a common understanding of it.

Now it comes down to the solution, and then what is the solution fit? So we knew that, hey, this is a big data problem.

We chose them not just from their AI expertise, because they have an industrial automation.

Second is confidence in my own people because we knew that, hey, we can go to a probabilistic, we can come up with the approximate right solution, but to make it deterministic, Juan and his team are going to need our subject matter expertise.

So that confidence in our people, because they do this for a living, that combination gave me the conviction that, hey, we will be that 5%.
