Daniel TaylorHostI've listened to your podcast and thought, oh, it's just such an interesting set of questions.
And for 12 of the past years, I've had my own consultancy, Kairos Modern Learning.
And recently, that's seen me taking over Learning Uncut, the podcast and the consultancy founded by Michelle Ocker's who is well very well known in Australia and luckily my name is also Michelle so sometimes you know I'm just riding on her coattails.
So when I wrote my book Several times in that book, if anyone's read it, they'll read the same thing, the same line repeats.
Because I really believe that we must be advocates for the right solution, for the right problem, for the right people at the right time, for the right reasons delivered in the right way.
And whether we're doing learning and development, organisation development or management, leadership, I think it stands to be the same.

And what's it like running two consultancies on two sides of the world as a global consultancy? That must be a real challenge.
it's a bit crazy i do sort of bizarre hours so you know tonight i'll be going to bed by about half past eight because i'm getting up for something in america which is at five a.m um but i live on the gold coast and the gold coast basically if anyone's ever been here you're up at five a.m and you're in bed by nine because we chase the sun we don't do say daylight savings here so we tend to get up when the when the sun's up and go to bed So it's quite a natural thing actually.
