But I just think some of the tricks that used to work in the past aren't proving as effective.
But right now, almost every organisation I talk to admits that culture isn't quite right right now.

You've used the term enchantification, which is a term that's coined to describe the phenomena where online platforms become less useful and less enjoyable.
Yeah, I think the notion of that idea of inchutification, that Google used to be this magical thing and now you actually can't work out what the real search results are and what the ads are.
A lot of us reflect that work has changed because we do more of it remotely now.
But in fact, the big change of work in the last 10 years is that we now spend three times as long in meetings as we did a decade ago.
And That, I think, has a far more meaningful impact for how we experience work.
So work is now more meetings, more emails, a constant sense of stress-related vigilance that we're just constantly expecting an alert to come in that puts us in fear.
fight or flight mode and work has lost all of the things that used to make it fun or entertaining.
There's a danger when you say that you can feel like you're harking back to an era that maybe didn't fully exist.
But I think in truth, There's enough people who can recognise that work used to be more fun than it is now.
