I would say the most important human connection touch points that you don't wanna lose, but while also still adopting automation, is the cascade of information, especially when it relates to people changes and feedback.

When someone has to manage up or when they need to come to you because they've had maybe a death in the family or maybe they're overwhelmed by their workload-

They should be able to have the open conversation, and if it's a conversation about feeling overwhelmed with workload or overwhelmed with work, life, and anything else that comes with just being a holistic human, maybe the conversation is how are you using the technology-
