I've seen constantly, you know, people who get stuck in the same situation and they say, I tried everything.

And, you know, I'll talk about it, why the reasons of those avoiding, but, you to having understanding what is actually that you're doing with that situation and accepting it is like, okay, I know this is it.

Or, you know, many times we come back to the same solving, same stressful situations.

And it's like, I don't want to go back anymore to the same thing because it looks like I did everything and nothing worked or I keep on feel like I'm climbing this mountain.

What is that you're doing about that stressful situation? You know, and there are many who say, I'm not doing anything.

And when we identify what actions are we taking, even what are we thinking about the situation, how that makes us feel.

And I recommend even writing it down for a few days and observing yourself to find the patterns What is it you do about that situation? So then you can see like, oh, yeah, that's right.

You know, like somebody says they will be going to the gym, but they keep on skipping the gym.
