When you're growing up in an environment where you have to learn how, where you learn how to not ruffle feathers and be the good girl your nervous system is taking in all of that information and it remembers

remembers those feelings and so when your kids poke the button and bring up the bear poke the bear it it's your nervous system remembering it's not uh It's not a failure on your part.

And so, you know, it's, I tell, I think I've said this umpteen dozen times on the podcast.

It's about building the awareness muscle, just like your ab muscles, your awareness muscle, and then having the tools to navigate it and repair when repair is necessary.
It's like we're expected, you know, moms are just expected to be like, oh, well, it's a natural thing.
But nobody really talks to you about parenting and how that those, the most, the rawest emotions are, And the most basal instincts are awakened by your children.
And it's through, you know, a process where we uncover sort of what pattern was learned.
