Yeah, I think, well, the first thing is to really uncover... where that initial wound was formed.

Other people can refer to it, you know, and I think we talked about it at one point, like big trauma, like trauma with a big T and trauma with a small T, because it can be anything from when you were a little girl, dad used to scream a lot.

And you learned that, you know, you couldn't really... make a lot of noise and you had to make yourself invisible because you know dad would get upset he would get home from work and he needed his relaxed time so it was like very such like everybody has to be really quiet when dad is home and then that creates a pattern within you that you learn how to not ruffle feathers, right? Not be loud, not be empowered.
