Um, if you survived trauma, if you are past it, I hope you are able to sit with your thoughts, sit quietly and breathe, and acknowledge and appreciate everything that you are, who you are, what you have inside.

The number one thing that I would say is you as a mom, as a parent, you need to let go of all pressure, all anxiety, all need to do a great job, to be perfect.

All you need for this to work out is to have the intention, and I promise you, just with the intention and taking a couple of steps, which I'll walk you through a couple of exercises, and you will...

Your, your work is just to present the activity, to be present, and to be willing.

So, um, with that said, my recommendation is to have a quiet corner in the house, and this quiet corner is used by one person, whoever wants to use it, once a day or twice a day, whenever, and the invitation is to sit there and to breathe deeply and to be ...
