Okay, well, I mean, for you and I, I can't speak for your business, obviously, but I can make some assumptions that are probably close to true.

For you and I, this conversation is different than if we did new construction.

It is.

I think this conversation is really important and pertinent for the people doing new construction, first of all, because there is so much to be made in servicing the equipment.

So the answer from me right away, like, what am I leaving on the table? I'm certainly leaving something out there.

There's no doubt.

I mean, the job I did yesterday, I'm not going to be, I wasn't knocking down the door to tell them, you got to have me back in a year.

And I can explain that later if you want.

But I pursue annual service on every boiler I install.

I don't do it annually for, and it's been a lot of years, but for the cast iron boilers that I have installed over the years, I don't say I'm going to be back here every year.

Right.

But I do give them a, hey, you know, two years, we should be looking at this, clean these burners out.

Yeah.

That kind of thing.

Because at one year, honestly, if they're installed right, they don't need any

service.
