yeah i wonder if they got a big thank you note from the chihuahua association of america or something yeah if there is yeah
You know, Steve, I know one of the things that you're going to be covering in your speech on October 15th at the Hurricane Valley Chamber of Commerce conference I think one of the things that's going to be included is how we can also turn our customers into referrals.
But without having to – and some people try to – try to get that out of their customers by paying them or giving them a bonus if they refer.
And I'm not saying that's terrible, but I am saying that there's better ways is most of us love to help people.
And when somebody comes to us and expresses sincere appreciation, we almost want to do it again, right? When somebody comes to you and says, Michael, man, you really helped me out with what you said and did there.
Or as you talked to talk about me in front of that group or as you set up my name, man, I really appreciate that.
And so instead of like if you go to a networking group or you go somewhere like that and somebody shot you out instead of just quietly being, you know, oh, thank you.
But after I would reach out to these people and say, thank you personally, whether it's a card, a text, a personal phone call.
And then also with your customers as, as your customers, you know, really let them know, remind them that your business comes from their good words, right? Remind them, Hey, you know, and, and don't just push them when they're there, but as soon as they trigger you with, with, Hey, thank you.
Could you share that? Do you have anybody else that are out there you could share that? Because I really want to grow my business.
And just by having that in your mind as a continually way you talk, people will, they love to be there.
