I think that it's so important that we remember the pioneers who started some of this stuff.

So I think what most people are thinking whenever they hear that somebody is raw vegan all the time, all year round, and you don't live in Tahiti, What do you eat? Everybody wants

When I first began, my diet was very rich in fat, very rich in nuts and seeds and a lot of oil.

And over the years, I have found that it has benefited me most to remove the oil and to reduce.

And so I still include nuts and seeds, but I don't eat them in the volume that I did at the very beginning.

And especially during the daytime, I want the foods that are going to give me the most energy.

And later on in the day, for my later meal, and I used to eat late into the night.

I moved my meals up earlier and I found that the insomnia that I had early on, and I was always told it was hereditary since my mother had insomnia.

But once I moved my meals up to an earlier time and didn't eat at night anymore and fully digested the last meal, I could sleep and had no problems falling asleep.

So, and I always thought, you know, my mother would also be up late into the evening eating or she would wake up at night and she would have ice cream or she would have a sandwich and And she had insomnia for most of her later years.
