And I speak about all of that on the podcast so much, but I think I always had this real love and light lens, which I honestly think in the manifestation, personal development, spiritual world, most of us have that lens, that it should be this light filled, beautiful moment.

I think when we're in the spiritual self-development world manifestation realm.

We think that expansion, identity upgrades, manifesting should be this big moment of like power and it feeling flowy and expansive and high vibes and like we're just like rocking out with life all the time.

All of that stuff is so needed and so beautiful and I still engage in it every single day and I will forever preach it because it is beautiful.

so needed and it's got me through some of my darkest hardest times but there gets to a certain point where you actually need to show the universe that you're not fucking around you actually need to get to a point if you want a big life if you want to live in true deep alignment you have to get into the nitty-gritty you have to get into the uncomfortable parts You have to be able to look at yourself so much more deeply and realize that there is always room to expand.

And it's the people that actually choose to do this work that are going to have the extraordinary life.

And I don't want you for a second to think that the work you're doing is not enough.

I feel like I've done so much of the love and the light and the energetic work and all of it is sort of such a purpose.

Like I really, you know, the last few years I have just loved the person that I was, but I knew to crack that next level to actually expand into that next timeline I needed something so much deeper and so the lenses that I'm seeing things through now are a lot more less around things having to feel flowy and beautiful and actually realizing that true deep alignment and fulfilling your life's purpose and potential actually requires you to get deeply uncomfortable at times and so something that I read recently which really landed for me is that your awakening can actually come from your realizations of disalignment.

So it means we can manifest good and we can manifest bad and we can manifest disalignment and we can manifest alignment.

So the way I'll explain that is when I was 28 to like 33, all I thought about was being married, having children, having the big family home.

And I manifested all of that, but it came from a place of, I want this, I think this is going to fulfill something.

And then once I had, you know, the family, the marriage, all of this stuff, and I got there and I was like, what the fuck, why do I still feel so empty and I realize that it's actually because I'm not nurturing my inner world I'm just manifesting from what I think is alignment what I think is going to make me feel fulfilled but when we actually really tap into that inner knowing and that voice within and we listen to her even though it might feel scary as hell even though it might feel like it's not, doesn't make logical sense, that's when we can actually, we're actually truly manifesting in alignment.

But genuinely to do that takes a lot more work than just visualizing, thinking things that society has told us will make us feel fulfilled, will make us feel aligned.
