- Spoilers from Gurman Ahead of Apple's "Welcome Home" Announcements - First Apple TV 4K Hits "Vintage" List - Leaker Says "Second-Party" LG Accessories will Trigger Controls in Dynamic Island…
Expected in the bundle are new Apple TV hardware, a new HomePod Mini, and Apple's long-rumored Home Hub.
Also anticipated are smart home accessories on which Apple has reportedly been working with LG.
According to highlights from Mac Rumors, HomePod Mini will make the jump from the S5 chip powering today's model to Apple Watch Series 10's S10 chip.
Available in green, pink, blue, white, and midnight, the updated HomePod Mini will be announced tomorrow.
It may have built-in microphones for Siri AI, and the updated Siri Remote will have a built-in speaker that should make it easier to find when lost.
Apple Smart Home Central will apparently be called HomeView, powered by an A18 processor and Siri AI.
Both will have a touchscreen because, well, come on, of course they're gonna have a touchscreen, right? Gurman says the tabletop HomeView will be a better-sounding machine than HomePod Mini, leaving one to wonder why.
Four hues for the tabletop model, gray, silver, starlight, and rose, with the wall-mounted model coming in gray and silver.
Stuff goes on the list that's been off the market for more than five years but less than seven.
