It's just the understanding of what's going wrong, if it's too much water, too less water, if there's bugs, fungus, all of that.

Even just the daily habits of grass, the scientific way grass lives its life.

just going i'm going to cut the lawn on saturday with a beer in my hand it's there's a lot more to it than just cutting lawns

yeah so how do you find the integration and how do you implement that so i'm guessing i don't know huge amounts about it but i'm guessing it's aeration fertilization how do you integrate that when a lot of the time people just want to get their lawn mowed

It's like, one, do you want us just to have free reign? We'll go for it and make it perfect.

Or do you want to be educated on it and we'll teach you how to do it? Most of the time, they either are time poor or they genuinely want to know how to do it.
