Well, in my opinion, sex is the most intimate thing that we can do.

But it's so challenging for us to have a conversation about before we're going to have sex and how we're going to have sex and what it's going to feel like when we have sex and if we want to keep having sex and what the way is that we're going to have sex.

So when it comes to sexual health, it's more than like family planning, right? It's more than birth control.

It's more than sex.

Figuring out whether or not it is that, you know, you've got an affection.

It's really about all of it.

It's about the mental piece, the physical piece, and the spiritual piece.

And so I really find that when someone, and it takes a while for a woman to get it, and some women never get it, and some men never get it.

But when you don't feel comfortable talking about it, then it's harder to feel empowered about sexual health.

And that's really all it's about is empowerment.
