Sharon YangGuestHi, Sharon.
It's great to have you here with us today.
Thank you for taking the time to join us.
It's great to be here.
Wonderful.
Well, Tulsi has become a huge part of our hotel.
Can you talk about what your other robots, kind of the problem that they solve within our industry here?

We believe the biggest challenge the hotels today face is to delivering the exceptional service.

At the time that the guests come in, whether it's late hours or whether they are looking for directions, asking about local attractions, they just want the service at the moment.

Today, Taos has been welcoming the guests, answering a lot of questions and providing directions, also collect guest feedback.

At the same time, we're also expanding those capabilities, such as integrate with the whole property management system in the back end so that we can support additional guests or a workflow in the future.
Yeah, I think you brought up a really good point there about having the first face because I've checked into a really large resort before and I didn't even immediately know where the front desk was because the lobby or the entrance was so grand and there wasn't like immediate staff in that area right at that entrance.
beyond the valet or beyond the bellman to kind of guide me to the next step so I think that's a really important utility is being able to place something right at that entrance that's always manning that spot 24 hours a day
Right, no breaks needed, no rest and recuperation, 24-7 greeting guests.
And that's huge for our industry because we operate 24-7 and staffing can be a challenge sometimes in our industry.
So I'm curious what creative ways hotels or the other spaces your robots are deployed, how are they using them to support the event experience?

So one of the probably the most creative way that one of our hotel's guests, they have been using the robot as a so-called chief vibe officer.

So that means that instead of simply just answering questions, it has become part of the hotel's personality and brand.

share local recommendations, introduce hotel amenities, and create memorable moments throughout the guest stay at the hotel.

Maybe what's especially exciting is that the experience actually is not limited to the lobby itself.
