In this podcast conversation, We interview Steph, a coach whose business has grown over five years and whose 12-week blueprint supports women after 30 with realistic plans, accountability, and…
Angeline Hennessy-ThompsonHostYeah.
Yeah.
And like motivation is great and everyone starts with motivation because you know, we all want to better ourselves.
We all want to see results, but then motivation is only really going to take us so far.
There's going to be days you're going to wake up and feel sluggish or tired or work's been really busy and you just think, I can't be bothered today.
And then that's where structured plan or support and accountability from a coach will help you to kind of build that level of discipline as well.
Because if you've got, everyone has motivation or we can want to have motivation and want to make change.
But when our world feels like it's crumbling around us, it's the first thing that goes.
Yeah, when things are perfect, that was another thing that I saw actually.
When things are perfect, it's fine, isn't it? We can turn up, we can go to the gym or go running or whatever it is that we do as part of our exercise.
But like you say, when the pressures of life come in, yeah the the taking care of ourselves bit goes to the bottom of the list if not completely off the list yeah um and i love that your program burnout to boss us because i think your approach is just so down to earth it's uh It's a 12-week program, blueprint built for women navigating life after 30.
You really meet women where they're at and form a realistic plan that navigates life.
That's what's going to help them to remain consistent and actually be able to maintain it for a long time because...
Like he said, everything's great when life's perfect, but life's very rarely ever perfect if that's not the case.
So as soon as something bad happens or something changes, if that plan doesn't work and you have to throw out the window and you think, I'll just come back to it when life's less busy, which that never happens.
There's always something then that plan is failing you.
A lot of women I find when I'm speaking to them, they're so deflated because they've tried every day under the sun.
They've tried every plan under the sun and they feel that you can see it.
They they're deflated.
Sometimes they don't even make eye contact, you know, because they're ashamed of themselves because they feel like they're failing.
And it's not them.
They're not the ones that are failing.
It's the plans that they're using that are failing them.
Yeah.
Yeah.
