It's time for a little business catch-up! In this episode, I'm sharing what I've been up to lately, the resources I'm loving, and what's coming next in my business. I'm talking about: - Why I joined…

First of all, in September, I joined a challenge called The Unfair Advantage, which was run by Dara Pattie, and honestly, it was so well curated.

If you're not familiar with Dara, I'll leave all her information in the show notes so you can look her up.

So the premise of the challenge was to help the participants figure out what our unfair advantage is when it comes to our business and the way that we communicate what we do, and also the way that we run our businesses.

We had two live master classes every week for four consecutive weeks, and then on top of that, we had a live hot seat coaching call.

So basically anybody who wanted to ask Dara for advice and how to implement the things that we were learning, that's what the space was for.

It was also great for meeting other business owners and to just be able to see what they're struggling with, what they are trying to get done, and to feel, I guess, less alone in this world of online entrepreneurship.

At least for me, I know I feel lonely in this a lot in the sense that I don't have people I can talk to about what I'm doing, and I especially don't have anybody to bounce ideas off of to help me make decisions faster.

And one of the things I like about Dara is that her expertise is in content marketing first, and now as a business coach, and she is super quick on her feet.

She's really insightful when you basically word vomit everything that's going on in your head, and she is able to actually clarify what your questions are for you and come up with suggestions that are extremely helpful.

I'm also in her ongoing coaching program, which is called Unshakeable Business Academy, and I've decided to upgrade to, like, the full package.

And besides that, I'm starting one-on-one coaching with Dara on Monday, so I can't wait, especially for the part of being able to share what I'm working on or what I'm struggling with and have a real human with experience give me advice because as great as AI is for thinking things through, I'm getting a little tired of talking to it, to be honest, and I really want somebody who is human that I can talk to, bounce ideas off of, and who can help me make decisions faster, like a therapist for my business.
