Wanting for your brother what you don’t have and the damage of jealousy
But this I remember, at the end, he said, if you hold onto this, Rabbi Nachman said, and he would go on, Rabbi Nachman would go on a lot, he would go on a lot, in his movements.
I don't know what he did.
There's no visual, but it sounds like Rebbe Nachman is saying, when you grab onto this, that's what it sounds, that's what a person would do, when you grab onto this.
So what is this that you should grab onto? So Rebbe Nachman explains, Rebbe Nachman would say, Again, you grab onto this.
What? A lot? A lot? that his friend, everybody should want that their friend, that his friend should be an ish kasher, a kosher person, a tzaddik, even though this person is not a tzaddik, he should want his friends to be tzaddikim.
This is a very big maila.
And I also remember that Rabbi Nachman said in this language, that a person should want, a person should want, that even though I am not Zohar to serve HaKadosh Baruch Hu properly, you should want that the other Jew should serve HaKadosh Baruch Hu, similar to what he just said before.
It's a huge thing when you grab onto this, this Inyam.
This is what I heard from his holy mouth.
This is what I heard from his holy mouth.
According to my understanding, This is a very posh thing.
Of course I want, and I desire, and I yearn, and I would love for every Jew to be a Kasher Jew.
Right, Shomer Tarim Mitzvahs, he's a tzaddik, he works on himself.
He responds, This is the main love, and compassion, and mercy, that one Jew has to have for another.
That every Jew should want from another Jew, that he should reach his purpose, his true purpose.
That what's the true purpose? Everybody should be like his will, meaning HaKadosh Baruch Hu's will for this person.
Hashem has a desire from each and every one of us what he wants from us.
He gives us certain characteristic traits, certain abilities.
Some are like other people, some are very different from other people.
And therefore based on that he has what he would like us to become.
And we should want every Jew to become their best self.
This is the main good of Kalei Yisrael, when everybody in Kalei Yisrael wants the other one to be their best.
