Darren JamesHostDean WilliamsGuestOh, good morning.
Thank you very much for taking my call.
My question has two parts.
It's an old model, 5SE, and I've been thinking about upgrading lately.
I don't really need the latest model out there, just a good quality phone.
The other reason I am keen to upgrade now is that I've recently started using a hearing aid, and I think I'm having problems with the app on my phone.
I'm not sure why, but I see all the adjustments coming up and moving on the phone.
It makes no difference to my hearing aid.
So I was wondering whether you could recommend a model or a phone that is more compatible with hearing aid apps.

So Apple has been doing a lot of work in this space, and they have a list of...

And there's a long, long... very long list of hearing aids that meet the requirements of this Made for iPhone program that they have in place, Christine.

And so you can literally look down the list, choose one of these hearing aids, or have a look and see whether your one is on the list.

And then it is deemed compatible for at least the modern iPhones, and there's a list of them on the page as well.

And you can make sure that your iPhone that you get is going to work either with the hearing aid that you have now or with the hearing aid that you're intending to buy.

Okay, so if you leave me your email address, I will send you this information so you can have a bit of a read of it and make sure you factor that into your research.
