But our 70th episode is going to build upon our previous two episodes, our 68th episode where we talked about what is the proper way to perform soil remediation, and our 69th episode where we talked about what is the proper way to perform water remediation.

Our 70th episode is, what is the proper way to perform solid surface remediation? So very similar in the aspect of what we talk about soil remediation and water remediation, solid surface remediation follows the same type of path as far as the plan.

Basically, a spill or leak has taken place on a solid surface such as a roadway.

It follows the same type of plan pattern where the plan should include a systematic approach that has an initial assessment of the spill.

And from that initial assessment, you need to know what thresholds you need to recover back to.

Typically going to be a non-detective course, but you need to have some research of knowledge to know what you need to get cleaned up down to what level.

And then you have a feasibility evaluation where, okay, how am I going to get there? What am I going to do? What are my options, right? And so after you determine what your options are, you come up with a design plan, a remediation design plan as to, okay, well, how am I going to go about doing this? And then you implement that plan.

And then, of course, finally you have... confirmatory samples to confirm that your work has been done and you create closure reports.

So very similar in that same approach that you would follow for soil and water remediation.

Typically, when something is on a surface, it's going to run faster, right? Versus if it's in soil, it may kind of, you know, stay in kind of an area, right? Or in water, depending on the circumstance of the water, you know, it may not run off as fast.

So everything's going to move at a whole lot faster pace when dealing with a solid surface, right? Yeah.

So along those lines of following that same thing, it's just that systematic approach is going to happen very, very quickly, right? There's no time for waiting to try to figure things out.

So that's the only difference in that systematic plan or approach is that lots of things are going to happen very quickly at the same time.
