And the reason we have boxed for so long, the reason I get into the ringer with sleep and my sleep hygiene, I feel like is always a back and forth.

I've had time periods where it's been really good, time periods where it's been real bad.

In the summer, we have so much daylight because in the winter, we have so little daylight, okay? Literally, the sun sets at like 4 p.m.

It's very dark here because we're so close to the, I don't know if it's like the equator.

I'm not sure what does it, okay? I don't know that kind of science and math and shit, okay? I'm just an idiot.

Like, it's setting, but you still have, like, a shred of daylight at, like, 10 p.m. So...

In the summer, it doesn't really matter to me if I go to bed super late and get up late because there's still enough time in the day to do whatever I wanted and see the sun.

But this is something I've had to come to terms with because in the winter, I feel like I'm a lot more strict about my wake up time.

And I really think it's because when I look outside at 10 p.m., I'm not ready to wind down.

I will say something that's been a challenge for me lately is I've been taking melatonin to go to sleep and I don't have the baby melatonin or the kid melatonin that I used to take.
